The clinical services for Army Substance Abuse Program are provided by the Substance Use Disorder Clinical Care (SUDCC). SUDCC is an outpatient substance abuse treatment service available to all active-duty personnel. SUDCC's mission is to support military readiness by providing effective treatment strategies that will enable individuals to develop abstinence, enhance quality of life and promote healthy lifestyles.
The SUDCC staff is committed to the enhancement of quality living through early identification, evidenced based interventions, individualized treatment plans and aftercare strategies to prevent relapse. The following clinical services are available:

Domestic Violence - Evaluation and Treatment for Child and Adult Rape, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Neglect
Evaluation and treatment for rape, child and adult physical abuse, child sexual abuse, child neglect and deployment-related issues which have reached crisis proportions. Crisis intervention services for situations involving rape, child and adult physical abuse, child sexual abuse and child neglect are available. The Army Family Advocacy Program is dedicated to the prevention, education, prompt reporting, investigation, intervention and treatment of spouse and child abuse. The program provides a variety of services to soldiers and families to enhance their relationship skills and improve their quality of life. 3. Drug Testing Program:
The Army Drug Testing Program is a command program composed of the Soldier, the commander, the Unit Prevention Leader (UPL), the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) staff, the Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratories (FTDTL), the Medical Review Officer and the Staff Judge Advocate. The program has three primary goals:
To deter service members from abusing drugs including illegal drugs and other illicit drugs.
Be a tool for commanders to assess the security, military fitness, good order and discipline of their commands.
Serve as a basis to take appropriate action, adverse or other (including referral for treatment), with a service member based on a positive test result.
