Behavioral Health WACH
Behavioral Health designed to assist Soldiers and family members in coping more effectively with emotional stress/crisis such as depression, anxiety, or stress resulting from illness and disability. Services are provided on an outpatient bases to all eligible Military, Civilian, and Family Members. Access to crisis services are available 24 hours a day. After duty hours report or call the emergency room at 380-3114. TRICARE beneficiaries are also eligible for a variety of virtual mental health options.

Sexual Assault, Prevention, and Support Services
This program is designed to assist victims of sexual violence and to provide support and information to victims regarding their safety resources available in the community. Individuals are able to receive assistance from legal, behavioral health, and other medical services all in one location. Services are available to Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard, and Family Members 18 years and older. Minors 17 years and younger needing services will be referred to Social Work services.

Military Families with a special needs Family member, also known as an
Exceptional Family Member (EFM), often require additional help in meeting the
EFM's needs. To support Families with special needs, the Army created the
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) in the early 1980's. The Army
designed the EFMP to be a comprehensive, coordinated, multi-agency program
that provides community support, housing, medical, educational, and personnel
services to military Families with an EFM.

Wounded Warrior Ombudsman Program
The Wounded Warrior Ombudsmen serve as a local resource, facilitator, and problem solver for Service Members and their Families. Ombudsmen are located in the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and serve as a liaison between MEDCOM, the Soldier and Family member, the MTF commander, and the Warrior in Transition Unit (WTU) commander. The Ombudsman assists WTU and non-WTU Soldiers and their Families with medical related issues. The Wounded Soldier Family Hotline (WSFH) [(800) 984-8523] serves as a 24/7 resource to any beneficiary seeking assistance with a medical issue/concern including wounded, ill, and injured Soldiers, and military Caregivers. Whether you have questions about the Disability Evaluation System process, the VA Caregiver Program, or benefits, the WSFH and Ombudsmen are standing by to assist.
