Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)
To enhance readiness and family resiliency, EFMP enrollment is required by AR 608-75 for all active duty family members with medical and/or educational special needs. Updates are required at a minimum of every three years or sooner, as changes occur, in order for Human Resources Command (HRC) to consider all aspects of the family member's special needs in the assignment process and avoid family member travel to areas that cannot support their special needs. Medical treatment facility EFMP Case Coordinators worldwide can assist families with the enrollment process during its initial, update, or disenrollment phases. ACS EFMP managers navigate families through the maze of both military and civilian local/national resources, and ensure during PCS.

Immunizations
All Vitamin B12 injections must have active orders from PCM here in Rader Clinic throughout the week; Tuberculosis Screening: In order to have an IPPD placement test performed you must be enrolled in our facility and have your PCM at this location. After placement, all patients must return to the immunization clinic no earlier than 48 and no later than 72 hours to have the test read. All IPPD placements must be read by the clinic that placed them. Andrew Rader will not read tests from any other medical facility.

Infectious Disease Epidemiologist
State Health Department Infectious Disease Epidemiology Program The contact information provided is for the chief infectious disease epidemiologist in that program. Medication Management
Services Offered: Medication review, Tobacco cessation counseling; Glucometer training for patients ages 18 and older; Medication review is available for those patients that take 5 or more medications and want to have them checked for adverse medication interactions or for duplication; Tobacco cessation counseling is available for those patients that need assistance with quitting tobacco use. The Andrew Rader US Army Health Clinic (ARUSAHC) Pharmacy processes new, renewal, and refill prescriptions. A maximum of a 90-day supply can be dispensed for maintenance medications at any given time. Controlled substances are dispensed at a maximum of a 30-day supply (with few exceptions).
