DoD Housing Feedback System (DHFS)
The DOD Housing Feedback System (DHFS) allows service members and their authorized dependents to submit public feedback on the condition of their current housing unit by opening an additional communication channel for occupants. This is helpful for those wanting to research location-specific housing accommodations before PCS and also allows leaders to focus on housing improvements by location. Feedback is published anonymously and landlord responses to the feedback are conveyed via email to the submitter.

Wounded Warrior Ombudsman Program
The Wounded Warrior Ombudsmen serve as a local resource, facilitator, and problem solver for Service Members and their Families. Ombudsmen are located in the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and serve as a liaison between MEDCOM, the Soldier and Family member, the MTF commander, and the Warrior in Transition Unit (WTU) commander. The Ombudsman assists WTU and non-WTU Soldiers and their Families with medical related issues. The Wounded Soldier Family Hotline (WSFH) [(800) 984-8523] serves as a 24/7 resource to any beneficiary seeking assistance with a medical issue/concern including wounded, ill, and injured Soldiers, and military Caregivers. Whether you have questions about the Disability Evaluation System process, the VA Caregiver Program, or benefits, the WSFH and Ombudsmen are standing by to assist.
