Family Advocacy Program
Helps active duty members and their dependents build healthy and resilient families by addressing challenges that contribute to abusive/neglectful relationships. The program’s mission is for prevention of family maltreatment and provides individual and marital therapy, seminars, and educational groups focused on couples communication, parenting, stress, anger management, etc. The program also provides home-based therapy and nursing services to families with children ages 0-3 in order to accommodate the unique challenges of families with young children.

R2 Performance Center (Ready and Resilient)
The Ready and Resilient Performance (R2) program have been tasked with ensuring our service members, their families, and Army civilians have the training and knowledge to improve their psychological health and resiliency. The Warrior and Family Support Center (WFSC) provides coordinated services and support to all wounded, injured, or ill active duty service members that are receiving medical treatment within the JBSA, Texas area. Including their next-of-kin/extended family members, and the Gold Star (SOS) Families.

Duty AW2, U.S. Marine Corps’ Wounded Warrior Battalion East (WWBE), U.S. Air Force (AMTU and Active Duty AFW2),
U.S. Navy (Safe Harbor), U.S Coast Guard, SOCOM Care Recovery Program, and their dependents and/or immediate
family members are eligible for services at the WFSC. Any Surviving Family Members of Service Members who died while
on active duty, after retirement, or the death is deemed service connected (Gold Star) are eligible to participate.
All other individuals/guests entering this facility (e.g., military, civilian staff, retirees, others, etc.) are not eligible
to receive services/support from this organization, nor participate in our internal or off site events.
